"I purchased the Holiday & Birchwood Pine Set for a friend for the holidays. It arrived broken. I reached out several times with no response BUT happily an extremely nice, friendly, efficient person finally responded and took care of the issue immediately. My friend absolutely loved it. The beginning of the experience was not wonderful but it ended very well and I really appreciated Kelly for all her help."
