Shipping Schedule
Our warehouse is working to serve you. However, please understand that shipments may be delayed due to limited warehouse staff. Shipments may also be delayed due to the overwhelming number of deliveries being prioritized by FedEx through their network.

Order Cancellation
If you would like to cancel an online order after it has been placed, please contact us within 3 hours, during our business hours, by phone at 1-888-979-6932. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons include:
• Item(s) not available.
• Difficulty in processing payment information.
• Cannot ship to the address provided.
• A duplicate order was placed.
• Cancelled due to customer request.
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice to explain the reason for the cancellation. If you choose to cancel the shipment of any item(s) and you placed your order using a gift card, a refund for the cancelled item(s) will be issued to the original form of payment. For all other orders, you will not be charged for any cancelled or unshipped item(s).

Complimentary Standard Shipping on Orders of $125 or More
Receive complimentary standard shipping on individual orders or shipments of $125 or more. No promo code is necessary at checkout for qualifying orders. If you are using a promotional discount code when placing your order, please note that shipping charges are calculated based on your merchandise order total after the discount code is applied to your order and before any applicable sales taxes are applied. When shipping to multiple locations, each individual shipment is subject to these same calculations.
Complimentary standard shipping is available within the 48 contiguous U.S. states only and excludes Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping rates for Alaska and Hawaii vary; please E-mail: CustomerService@nestnewyork.com for more information.
Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped. We reserve the right to change or cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of offer.
Each order placed can only be shipped to one address at a time. Items in an order cannot be sent to separate shipping addresses.
Available to U.S. residents only.
If shipped via FedEx Ground, packages should be received within:
1-2-days for Eastern States (New England, Mid-Atlantic, Southeast)
2-3 days for Central States (Midwest and Gulf Coast)
3-5 days for Mountain and Western States
7+ days for Alaska and Hawaii

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment centers in New Jersey and California. Orders will be shipped via FedEx Monday - Friday, except on major holidays and the summer season. Orders placed on holidays and weekends will be processed within two (2) business days.

Two Day Shipping Available
An additional fee of $25-$35 will be added to orders that are to be expedited.
Two-Day Delivery orders must be placed by 1 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) Monday-Friday to be shipped that same day. Please note that Fine Fragrances Eau de Perfumes and Room Sprays are not eligible for Two-Day Shipping.
NEST New York will only ship to residential or business addresses.
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
If shipped FedEx Ground, packages should be received within:

Shipping to Multiple Addresses
NEST New York currently does not offer shipping items to more than one address on a single online order. We are working in being able to provide you with this feature soon. We thank you for your patience.
Shipping charges apply for each individual address. The shipping charge is based on the method chosen and the total of products being shipped to that specific location.
Alaska and Hawaii
Shipping rates for orders going to Alaska and Hawaii are double that of the rates for the Continental U.S. for standard ground shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot ship two-day express outside of the Continental U.S.
With standard shipping, packages should be received within 7+ business days for AK and HI.

International Orders and U.S. Territories
NEST New York products can only be shipped to the 50 U.S. states at this time.
Due to the nature of our products, we try to limit the shipping time spent in warmer climates. NEST New York reserves the right to delay shipping without notice.
