- Is there a funnel available to help with refilling decanter?
- Hi Iris, At the moment we do not have a funnel for refilling our diffusers.
- Do you recommend using only the oil when refilling the diffuser decanter, or diluting it at all with another liquid, like water? I want to make sure I am using it the best way and not overdoing it with aroma! Thank you!
- Hi Sarah, we recommend only using our liquid refill when you are refilling your decanter. We do not recommend mixing it with any other product or liquid.
