No More Dog Smell! Yay!

"I am loving this device. Both of the dogs sleep in our bedroom and it didn't always smell so fresh in there. I bought the holiday set and both of the scents are so nice. I am excited to try other fragrances when these run out. I love that you can change the color and the scent level from the app. I'm thinking about getting a second device for downstairs."

Q&A

I bought this for my daughter last Christmas. I asked her thoughts on the Pura Diffuser in case she wanted more scents. She said the smells were great but the App didn’t work very well. Have their been improvements to both the diffuser and the. App? I was hoping to purchase more but now i not sure.
Hello, thank you for your inquiry. Pura is currently working on updating and fixing the issues. We recommend reaching out to your internet provider to set up a network around 600 MHz, 700 MHz, 1.7/2.1 GHz, 2.3 GHz, and 2.5 GHz (4G) for the device to work flawlessly.
