My order arrived without the reed sticks, but when I reached out to customer service, they were outstanding. They responded quickly, were so polite and professional, and immediately resolved the issue. I’m super impressed with both the product and the customer care. I’ll definitely be ordering from NEST New York again!"
"Purchased a fragrance box in-store with broken reeds. The store associate even checked at Nordstrom. Ended up contacting Nest whom sent these refills. None were broken, so I would definitely just check."
